Consieve MET PES TFF Cassettes - Lab

Consieve MET microfiltration TFF cassettes are often used in the clarification process of the supernatant after centrifugation of fermentation broth or lysate. It has the characteristics of high process throughput, large filtration loading capacity, good clarification effect, and easy cleaning. The relatively open suspended flow channel is compatible with filter fluids with a certain solid content and higher viscosity.

The cassettes should be used with our Cassette Stainless Steel Holder:

EFA 0.02m² cassettes use with Ultrafiltration Cassette Holders (0.01m²)

EFA 0.1m² cassettes use with Ultrafiltration Cassette Holders (0.11m²)

EFA 0.5m²or 2.5m²cassettes use with Ultrafiltration Cassette Holders (0.5m²)

Suspended Screen:

Generates the weakest turbulence and low shear force on the surface, but still significantly reduces clogging. Theoretically, Suspended Screen requires a very high inlet flow rate. Due to its open screen structure, it can accommodate more particles (cells, cell debris) without clogging. Suspended screen cassettes are suitable for unclarified samples with high particle content or high viscosity, and samples that are sensitive to shear force.
